The role involves application support, integration and system testing, JavaScript scripting, and working in an Agile team. You will troubleshoot user issues, manage defects in Jira, maintain ROL system rules, and work with the team to improve the application.\nKey Responsibilities\nUser Support: Provide timely technical support and facilitate application training sessions for users. \nTesting & QA: Conduct comprehensive integration and system testing in cloud environments. \nAgile Collaboration: Work within a mature, small-scale Agile team to refine the application and manage defects via Jira. \nContinuous Growth: Participate in advanced JavaScript training and specialized workshops focused on ROL testing techniques and CI/CD practices. \nSystem Development: Develop and maintain ROL system rules and models using JavaScript (variables, loops, functions). \nQualifications\nBachelor’s Degree in an engineering or technical discipline and 3+ years of engineering, IT or technical experience OR 5+ years of engineering, IT or technical experience \nGreat verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical steps simply and help users with patience and empathy. \nNice to Have\nKnowledge or experience with ASTRO 25, MOTOTRBO, MCC 7500E, and AXS Consoles. \nExperience in Radio Online (ROL), LMR, or public safety communication systems. \n.
