The primary focus of this role will be on Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse, along with working knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx) to extend SharePoint and Microsoft Teams capabilities. The role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop and deploy Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps based on business requirements.\nBuild, maintain and optimize Power Automate cloud flows and desktop flows, including error handling, retries, logging and approvals.\nDesign and manage data models using Dataverse and SharePoint Lists, including security roles, business rules and environment configurations.\nIntegrate Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint, Teams, Outlook and Excel with external systems using standard and custom connectors, REST APIs and Microsoft Graph.\nDevelop, maintain and troubleshoot basic to intermediate SPFx solutions, including web parts and extensions.\nManage application solutions across Development, Testing and Production environments using managed and unmanaged solutions and ALM practices.\nGather business requirements, prepare technical designs and conduct solution demonstrations for stakeholders.\nTroubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis and implement timely resolutions.\nMaintain technical documentation, including solution architecture and implementation details.\nFollow governance standards, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and security best practices.\nCollaborate with developers, testers, business analysts and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.\nTasks assigned by leadership.\nSkills required\nStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.\nExperience designing and developing Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps.\nStrong understanding of Power Apps component libraries.\nHands-on experience with Power Automate, including:\nTriggers, expressions and child flows.\nApproval workflows and API integrations.\nError handling, retries and logging.\n\nExperience with SharePoint Online, including:\nLists, libraries, permissions and views.\nData management and integration with Power Platform.\n\nUnderstanding of Dataverse data modelling, security roles and business rules.\nKnowledge of solution packaging, environment management and deployment pipelines.\nWorking knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx).\nAbility to build, debug and deploy SPFx web parts and extensions.\nUnderstanding of React and TypeScript.\nFamiliarity with Node.js, Yeoman, Gulp and NPM.\nUnderstanding of SharePoint App Catalog deployment.\nFamiliarity with PnPjs and Microsoft Graph integration.\nAbility to read, modify and troubleshoot existing SPFx code.\n\nUnderstanding of Microsoft 365 integrations, including SharePoint, Teams, Outlook and Excel.\nSolid understanding of REST APIs, JSON and web technologies.\nBasic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and TypeScript.\nExperience working with standard and custom connectors.\n\nFamiliarity with Git, Azure DevOps and CI/CD practices.\nUnderstanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.\nAbility to manage solutions across Development, Testing and Production environments.\nUnderstanding of Power Platform governance, DLP policies and security best practices.\nQualifications\nBachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.\nStrong hands-on experience in Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.\nExperience developing and supporting business applications and workflow automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.\nWorking knowledge of SPFx, React and TypeScript.\nExperience integrating Microsoft 365 services with external applications using REST APIs and Microsoft Graph.\nFamiliarity with Git, Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\nStrong ownership and accountability, with the ability to manage tasks independently from requirements gathering through production support.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with developers, testers, analysts and business users.\nAbility to work in an Agile/Scrum environment and manage changing priorities.\nPL-100 or PL-200 Microsoft certifications are a plus.\nGood to have\nExperience with Power BI, Copilot Studio or AI Builder.\nExperience with Power Platform CLI, Azure Functions or custom connectors.\nExperience developing
