The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SPFx and React development, along with the ability to build Power Apps solutions and integrate external data sources. The role requires technical expertise, problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently while collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop and maintain SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams solutions using SPFx, React, TypeScript and JavaScript.\nBuild reusable React components using hooks, state management and component lifecycle concepts.\nDevelop and customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries and site structures.\nIntegrate Microsoft Graph API to retrieve and manage users, groups, sites, drives and calendar data.\nDevelop and maintain Power Apps solutions, primarily Canvas Apps, with exposure to Model-driven Apps.\nIntegrate REST APIs and external data sources into SharePoint solutions.\nUtilize PnPjs, SPFx Yeoman generator and related SharePoint development tools.\nManage source code using Git and support CI/CD pipelines, preferably using Azure DevOps.\nImplement Microsoft 365 security, permissions and Azure AD app registrations.\nConfigure SPFx property panes and dynamic data connections.\nCollaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.\nEnsure quality, performance, security and timely delivery of development projects.\nSkills required\n3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in SPFx development using TypeScript and JavaScript.\nStrong proficiency in React:\nExperience with React hooks.\nUnderstanding of state management and component lifecycle.\n\nSolid understanding of SharePoint Online architecture:\nSharePoint lists, libraries and site structures.\n\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Graph API:\nQuerying users and groups.\nAccessing sites, drives and calendar data.\n\nExperience with Power Apps:\nCanvas Apps preferred.\nModel-driven Apps experience is an added advantage.\n\nFamiliarity with REST APIs and integrating external data sources into SharePoint solutions.\nExperience with PnPjs, SPFx Yeoman generator and related SharePoint development tooling.\nProficiency in Git-based source control and CI/CD pipelines, preferably Azure DevOps.\nGood understanding of Microsoft 365 security model, permissions and Azure AD app registrations.\nSoft Skills\nStrong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\nSound analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nSelf-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage technical deliverables.\nAttention to detail and commitment to high-quality delivery.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with team members and manage project timelines.\nGood to have\nExperience with Power Automate for workflow automation.\nKnowledge of Adaptive Cards and Microsoft Teams app development.\nExposure to Azure services such as Functions, Logic Apps and Storage.\nFamiliarity with SPFx property pane configuration and dynamic data connections.\nBenefits at Anovia\nComprehensive Health Insurance policy.\nEmployee Wellness Program with a focus on mental health.\nRobust reward and recognition programs.\nCompany incentive programs offered.\nAttractive leave policy: Holiday Leave, Maternity Leave, Paternity Leave, Birthday Leave, Bereavement Leave and Paid Leave for personal time off.\nAmple growth and learning opportunities.\nRemote work opportunities.\nFocus on work/life balance.\nImmigration Program supporting immigration to Canada for eligible employees.\nWe thank all candidates for their interest;
