ANS is a rapidly growing, emerging civil engineering firm focusing on civil, geotechnical, structural, and electrical engineering for renewable energy and infrastructure projects across the US.\n“MUST-HAVE” PROFILE OF THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE INCLUDE:\nBS in Civil Engineering, Geology, or related degree\nValid US Drivers License, and a reliable means of transportation\nFlexibility and willingness to travel, on occasion, and for multiple consecutive days periods of times (est. up to one week at a time, once per month)\nStrong communication and organizational skills, ability to find solutions to problems, and get-it-done attitude!\nProficiency with Microsoft Office products\nMinimum 3 years of experience in consulting engineering, or related field\nExperience in preparing Engineering Reports with strong technical writing skills\nExperience with working within and leading team environments\nWorking knowledge of geotechnical principles and engineering design\n“NICE-TO-HAVE” SKILLS FOR THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MAY INCLUDE:\nTechnical licensure track including EIT, GIT, PE, PG, PMP, or similar.\nExperience in planning, implementing, overseeing, and managing subsurface investigation programs\nPrior experience with geotechnical investigations, including soil borings, rock coring, and material testing\nExperience with design of foundations, support of excavation systems, and preparing reports\nPrior experience with geotechnical software (gINT, GeoStudio, LPILE, ALLPILE, DeepEx, etc.)\nFamiliarity with renewable energy sector\nTHE CHALLENGES THAT LIE AHEAD INCLUDE:\nWorking alongside a team of high-performing engineering and technical professionals\nPerforming geotechnical field investigations, construction observation, and engineering evaluation and technical analysis\nPreparing technical reports and summaries, and interfacing directly with coworkers, clients, and stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations\nCompleting technical analyses, including foundation design, support of excavation, and other engineering evaluations\nActively participating in your career growth, including the opportunity to join elective
