We are seeking a High Voltage Power System Studies - Senior Engineer\nto join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will participate in and contribute to a diverse range of engineering projects and services in a team-oriented environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nConductingfeasibilitystudies,powersystemmodeling,andelectrical calculations for substation and transmission line projects\nReviewing electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documentation to support power system analysis\nAnalyze designs to ensure compliance with NEC, IEEE, NFPA, and NERC standards\nProviding mentorship and leading teams\nContributing technical expertise to business development and proposals\nLead, teach and mentor junior engineers\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) from an accredited institution\nMinimum 8+ years of experience in power system analysis\nPE Licensure is preferred\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)\nDemonstrated experience in load flow, short circuit, and stability studies\nProject experience in power systems or renewables\nSkilled in protective device coordination, arc-flash analysis, mitigation strategies, and relay settings\nCapable of performing grounding system analysis, harmonics studies, and cable shield induced voltage assessments\nNice-to-Haves:\nMS in Electrical Engineering\n\nInvolvement in student/professional engineering societies\n\nExperience with electrical design or consulting\n\nExperience with substation/transmission grounding design\n\nProficient in modeling and analyzing transients including TOV, switching surges, and lightning\n\nUnderstanding of FERC and NERC PRC standards, including preparation of closeout documentation for CAISO, SPP, ERCOT and other regulatory
