Working under close supervision and mentorship, you’ll support the analysis and design of foundations, steel structures, and other structures for a diverse range of renewable energy projects (PV, BESS, HV).\nWhat You'll Do :\nUnder the direction of senior engineers, perform structural analysis and design for foundations (driven piles, screw and helical piles, and cast-in-place concrete), overhead steel structures, building envelopes, and non-building structures.\n\nApply industry codes and standards - including ASCE 7, IBC, NESC, ASCE 113, IEEE 693, and NFPA - to assigned tasks with guidance.\n\nAdhere to applicable Client, EPC, Owner, and Utility standards on all assigned work.\n\nSupport the development of structural drawings and details with designers and the civil design team, including inputs to foundation bills of material (BOMs).\n\nUse engineering software (Excel and RISA; VBA and Python a plus) to complete and document calculations.\n\nPerform self-checks, document work clearly, and build toward EIT/FE licensure.\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\nA bachelor’s degree in structural, civil, or related engineering from an ABET-accredited program.\n\n0+ years of experience; internship or co-op experience a plus.
