If you love collaboration, creativity, and a fast-paced environment, we might just be your perfect match!\nWHY YOU’LL LOVE WORKING HERE\nA supportive, dynamic, and innovative team culture.\n\nA chance to directly shape the voice and vision of one of the industry’s fastest-growing firms.\n\nAbout the Role\nAs a Structural Engineer II, you’ll join our growing structural engineering team and develop structural designs with regular guidance, applying engineering principles and codes across a diverse range of renewable energy projects (PV, BESS, HV).\nWhat You'll Do:\nPerform structural analysis and design for foundations (driven piles, screw and helical piles, and cast-in-place concrete), overhead steel structures, building envelopes, and non-building structures, with periodic review.\n\nApply codes and standards - ASCE 7, IBC, NESC, ASCE 113, IEEE 693, and NFPA - to design tasks.\n\nAdhere to applicable Client, EPC, Owner, and Utility standards on all assigned work.\n\nCoordinate with designers and the civil design team to develop drawings, details, and foundation bills of material (BOMs) across project areas.\n\nUse engineering software (Excel, RISA, and LPILE; VBA and Python a plus) to produce and document calculations.\n\nExpand technical breadth, support less-experienced staff, and progress toward EIT/FE and PE licensure.\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\nA bachelor’s degree in structural, civil, or related engineering from an ABET-accredited program.\n\n1+ years of structural engineering experience.
