Responsibilities include managing the legal calendar and intake requests, prioritizing pending matters, and reviewing contracts related to upcoming promotional events and concerts. The ideal candidate is highly organized, business-minded, self-motivated, and an effective communicator who takes initiative, works independently, and adapts quickly. They bring a practical, creative approach to problem-solving, collaborate well with others, and demonstrate strong analytical and interpersonal skills.\nWhat You Will Be Doing: \nManage and prioritize work flow, track a large number of projects, communicate well with others and work independently as needed.\nManage Legal Calendar, pending items and checklists, including request prioritization and follow up, organizing and storing files on the CMN server, Microsoft Teams, securing signaures from other parties, etc.\nAbility to review legal documents (i.e. incorporating comments/ redlines and circulating for internal approvals) and draft legal documents based on existing templates.\nAssist with any compliance issues and request/ provide certificate of insurance (COI)\nPerform any other assigned duties or projects.\nWhat You Bring To The Table: \nLicensed Paralegal Certificate from an accredited school or Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience.\nMinimum of at least (1) year paralegal experience required (experience in-house as paralegal is a plus)\nProfessionalism, discretion, and ability to maintain strict confidentiality is required\nMust pocess highly effective written and verbal communication skills\nExcellent organizational skills and detail-oriented with superb critical thinking skills\nAbility to multi-task and prioritize assignments, aggressively follow up, while delivering consistent, quality work-product\nExperience in reviewing contract and filling in template agreements is preferred\nAccepts ownership of projects and is successful driving projects, as well as daily tasks to a successful conclusion\nStrong research skills and proficient in identifying and effectively resolving any questions or issues\nAbility to work independently in a fast-pased environment but with a team-oriented approach\nResponsive and collaborative attitude to any project requests, emails, calls and departamental/ personnel needs while exhibiting clear and consice email etiquette\nAbility to perform under pressure, managing multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook), Adobe, etc.\nBilingual in Spanish is preferred.\nPayscale: $26.44-$33.65\nBonus: This position is eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.\nBenefits: Full-time: We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes: medical, dental and vision insurance, paid holidays, vacation and sick time, company paid basic life insurance, voluntary life insurance, parental leave, 401k Plan (with a current employer match of 3%), flexible spending and health savings account options, and wellness offerings.\nAEG reserves the right to change or modify the employee’s job description whether orally or in writing, at any time during the employment relationship.
