You’re part of what makes it happen.\nJob Summary\nThe Ticket Inventory Coordinator is responsible for supporting ticket inventory distribution across multiple channels, maintaining ticket allocations, and ensuring accurate inventory management. This role supports the growth of ticket distribution opportunities by conducting outbound outreach, responding to inbound donation requests, and engaging with community organizations. The position helps introduce the LA Kings to new audiences while maximizing ticket utilization and supporting fan engagement initiatives.\nEssential Functions\nCoordinate with internal sponsors on ticket allotments, distribution opportunities, and playoff tickets, ensuring accurate execution of contractual agreements and identifying outlets to improve targeted partnership relations.\nUtilize AXS Back Office and external ticket distribution platforms, including Fevo, to optimize inventory allocation and support revenue generation across single-game, group, and season ticket products while maximizing attendance and expanding the LA Kings fan base.\nCreate reports, including audits and distribution lists for each individual home game, ensuring accurate game day reports and payment settlements.\nSupport the Manager, Ticket Strategy with maintaining ticket inventory on a game by game basis, ensuring ample inventory is held aside for integrated individual game sales. Facilitate the planning and execution of ticket distribution initiatives.\nHelp identify and establish new ticket distribution partners in conjunction with the group sales department. Foster strong partnerships through proactive communication, collaboration, and issue resolution while ensuring both external stakeholder needs are met and objectives are achieved.\nSkills and Abilities\nProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook); ability to learn required business systems\nAbility to prioritize workload and solve problems efficiently, and quickly\nAbility to provide excellent customer service to all internal and external clients by representing the organization and department professionally\nAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment\nAssertive, motivated, self-starter, autonomous, collaborative\nAbility to handle highly sensitive and confidential information\nAbility to access and input information using a moderately complex computer system\nAvailable to work various hours including evenings/nights, weekends, and holidays\nKnowledge of AXS & FEVO ticketing software preferred\nAbility to professionally communicate and interact with all levels of management\nRequired Qualification \nEducation:\nHigh School Diploma or its equivalency (BA/BS Degree Preferred)\nExperience Qualifications:\nA minimum of 2-4 years Related work experience.\nExperience in sports and entertainment ticketing industry preferred\n1+ years utilizing ticketing software; AXS preferred\nPayscale: $21.27 - $26/hr\nBonus:This position is not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.\nBenefits Full-Time: We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes: medical, dental and vision insurance, paid holidays, vacation and sick time, company paid basic life insurance, voluntary life insurance, parental leave, 401k Plan (with a current employer match of 3%), flexible spending and health savings account options, and wellness offerings.\nAEG reserves the right to change or modify the employee’s job description whether orally or in writing, at any time during the employment relationship.
