等企业管理软件开发经验，或大型系统重构、技术栈迁移项目经验者优先；\n\n3、精通 Python，熟悉异步编程（async/await）、类型提示（Type Hinting），深入理解并熟练使用 FastAPI 框架，熟悉依赖注入、Pydantic 数据验证等核心机制；\n\n4、熟练掌握 SQLAlchemy，熟悉 MySQL 数据库，具备良好的 SQL 编写及优化能力；\n\n5、熟悉 RESTful API 设计原则，具备接口设计与开发经验，熟练使用 Git 进行版本控制，熟悉 Docker 容器化技术；\n\n6、熟练使用 Vue 3，了解 Element 组件库基本使用，能够独立完成前后端联调。\n\n加分项：有 AI 辅助编程工具使用经验、PHP/Laravel
