the workflow and ask why before deciding how.\nBuild and maintain features across the stack, including web front ends, APIs and services in C# / .NET, and databases.\nBuild business apps and automations using the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI).\nDeploy and run solutions on Microsoft Azure, learning the basics of cloud services, security and cost.\nUse AI coding assistants responsibly: review, test and debug the code they generate, and explain why it works.\nWrite clean, readable code, take part in code reviews and write simple tests.\nTroubleshoot issues step by step by reading logs and isolating the root cause.\nDocument your work clearly so others can understand and maintain it.\nWork on real projects under the mentorship of senior engineers, growing towards owning features end to end.\nRequirements:\nB.E. / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc (CS/IT) or equivalent, 2026 or 2027 pass-outs only.\n Minimum 50% throughout academics (10th, 12th and graduation/post-graduation) with no active backlogs.\nStrong logical reasoning: ability to break problems into smaller steps, explain your thinking clearly and test a hypothesis instead of guessing.\n Business understanding: ability to turn a plain-language requirement into steps, rules and edge cases, and to think through real-world scenarios.\nWorking knowledge of at least one programming language (C#, Java, Python, JavaScript or similar).
