teams.\nCreate characterisation and regression tests around critical functionality before implementing changes.\nContribute to architecture, migration planning, and incremental modernisation initiatives.\nDevelop APIs, services, background workers, UI components, and data access layers.\nEnhance CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, observability, and engineering standards.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical decisions and risks.\nRequired Qualifications \n7+ years of software engineering experience with C# and .NET.\nStrong experience with both .NET Framework and modern .NET / ASP.NET Core.\nExperience modernising or migrating large-scale enterprise applications.\nStrong SQL Server expertise including T-SQL, stored procedures, query tuning, indexing, and schema changes.\nExperience with Entity Framework / EF Core or similar ORMs.\nStrong understanding of software architecture, SOLID principles, dependency injection, and domain-driven design.\nExperience designing and building RESTful APIs and OpenAPI/Swagger.\nExperience with asynchronous processing, queues, scheduling, retries, and idempotency.\nFront-end experience with Vue.js (preferred), TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.\nExperience with automated testing, Git, and CI/CD platforms such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.\nUnderstanding of application security, OAuth2/OpenID Connect, OWASP principles, and observability practices.\nPreferred Qualifications \nCloud experience with Azure.\nDocker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (Bicep or Terraform).\nExperience modernising legacy web applications and reporting solutions.\nExperience with Redis, workflow engines, or approval-management systems.\nExperience using AI-assisted development tools.\nAI & Agentic EngineeringDaily user of AI-powered development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, OpenAI, or similar platforms.\nHands-on experience with n8n and other workflow orchestration platforms to automate engineering and business processes.\nExperience designing, implementing, and operating agentic workflows involving AI agents, tool usage, autonomous task execution, and multi-agent collaboration.\nStrong understanding of LLM integration patterns, RAG architectures, vector databases, MCP integrations, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration frameworks.\nDemonstrated ability to identify opportunities where AI can eliminate manual work, accelerate delivery, improve quality, or enhance customer experiences.\nExperience building production-grade AI solutions rather than simply experimenting with AI
