cases.\nDesign and manage end-to-end performance testing activities for multiple projects.\nDevelop and maintain comprehensive performance test plans, schedules, and resource allocations.\nDevelop and maintain automated test cases and test suites using performance testing tools.\nExecute performance test cases, document results, and manage defects throughout the testing lifecycle.\nPrepare and present status reports, test metrics, and risk assessments to project leadership.\nEnsure all testing activities comply with organisational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.\nDefect and Compliance Management:\nManage defects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.\nIdentify, manage, and implement remediation for any noncompliance items and deviations.\nEnsure adherence to QA/QE standards and support the implementation of new standards.\nRecognise and identify areas for process, policy, or tool improvement.\nPerformance Testing Expertise:\nCreate and execute performance test strategies, tools, and frameworks.\nBuild performance testing scripts and integrate them with DevOps tools.\nLeadership Skills:\nCoach and mentor testing team members in business domain, performance testing, automation, and non-functional testing.\nIdentify opportunities to enhance testing processes, tools, and methodologies.\nProactively identify and address issues throughout all test phases.\nProject Coordination:\nCoordinate efforts of internal and external testing teams to ensure timely completion of test phases.\nIdentify and communicate obstacles or risks impacting project timelines or success.\nProvide regular status updates to stakeholders and escalate issues as necessary.\nEnsure performance test deliverables are received, approved, and aligned to project goals and budget.\nServe as the primary point of contact for all performance testing-related communications among project stakeholders.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders and technology partners to ensure quality standards are met.\nWork closely with project managers, developers, quality engineers, and external vendors to coordinate performance testing activities and resolve issues.\nAs a key contributor to the business unit, this job has the authority to recommend changes to business processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.\nJob Dimensions:\nScope includes coordination of performance, batch and operability testing activities for ET QA projects.\nResponsible for managing performance testing efforts across multiple projects and teams.\nResponsible for supporting quality assurance across various geographies and business lines as assigned.\nDirect influence over the quality of deliverables impacting ET QA projects.\nAdvisory responsibilities for process improvement and technology adoption within the team.\nRequirements:\n5+ years of QA/QE experience, minimum 2+ years of experience in a Performance Test Coordination role, with proficient knowledge of the Testing Life Cycle, SDLC, and Defect Management.\n3+ years of hands-on experience working with performance testing tools.\nWeb UI, API/web services, and batch performance test experience.\nPreferably for financial, banking, planning and budgeting applications.\nMust Have Skills:\nStrong Banking Applications knowledge and experience.\nPerformance Testing Tools - NeoLoad/NeoLoad Web/JMeter.\nArtefact repositories - GitHub.\nExperience in working with AI LLM's - GTP/Cloude/GitHub Pilot/Databricks Genie.\nAI LLM integrations with test tools via MCP's.\nDefect and Test management tools (Any tool - OpenText AQM, JIRA, Confluence).\nExperience in preparing performance test plans and test cases and responsible for execution.\nAbility to support multiple projects concurrently.\nStrong organisational, time management, and communication skills.\nAbility to coach and mentor team members, and influence outcomes through expertise.\nCommitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry developments.\nGood to Have:\nExperience in Finance or equivalent ERP systems (e. g., PeopleSoft, SAP) is a big asset.\nOther performance testing tools - LoadRunner.\nCI/CD tools - Jenkins/GitHub Actions.\nAutomation Testing (Any tools - Tosca DI/Python/Selenium/Robot Framework/Parasoft SOAtest/Postman/RestAssured/ Cucumber/Kainos Smart).\nWorking knowledge of cloud/Azure environment (e. g., Databricks).\nPower BI or data visualisation tools.\nFamiliar with AI trends and opportunities related to
