collaborate across teams, and influence reliability practices organization-wide.\nRequirements:\nUndergraduate degree or equivalent experience/certification.\nMinimum experience required is 6+ years.\nAdvanced Linux/Windows tuning and hardening.\nStrong proficiency in Bash and Python for production automation.\nExpertise in AWS services and scalable architecture design.\nHands-on experience with Terraform and Ansible.\nProficiency in pipeline design and release engineering.\nExperience with Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar platforms.\nStrong understanding of SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, and operational metrics like MTTR and MTTD.\nGood to Have:\nProven ability to lead and improve incident management processes.\nAbility to coordinate with third-party vendors for application support and issue resolution.\nKnowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks.\nStrong leadership, mentoring, and cross-team collaboration abilities.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with multi-account AWS architecture.\nFamiliarity with automation and self-healing systems.\nKnowledge of performance modeling and long-term capacity forecasting.\nCertifications in AWS, Terraform, or SRE
