This role is an even split between implementing AI-powered features and building the core operation platforms that run the bank.\nResponsibilities\nImplementation of Agentic AI Features\nImplement agentic AI workflows and orchestration logic\nBuild Java services and tools (APIs, integrations, state management, error handling) that enable the agent to interact with banking systems\nConnect AI agent to core banking, payments, identity, and customer systems\nMaintain business logic in version-controlled, tested services with auditable behaviour\nContribute to bank's own AI evaluation frameworks and system observability\nImplementation of Digital Banking Capabilities\nTurn approved product and solution concepts into production systems across customer acquisition, onboarding, deposit growth, and back-office innovation\nDeliver end to end: technical design, build, testing, deployment, and production support\nContribute to engineering standards, reusable components, and design reviews\nBuild and maintain the services, APIs, and data/event pipelines underpinning our digital banking capabilities\nEnsure everything you build meets the bank's security, resilience, audit, and regulatory requirements\nCollaboration with Stakeholders\nWork as one team with peer engineers from parent group, following standard frameworks and best practices\nCollaborate with product owners and solution engineers to translate defined requirements into technical designs and implementation\n岗位要求 / Requirements\nBS/MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field\n5-8 years of professional software development experience, preferably in financial services or another regulated industry\nStrong backend production experience with Java and Spring Boot, with the ability to write well-designed, testable, and efficient code\nStrong understanding of distributed systems and microservice architecture, with experience in public cloud, cloud-native technologies, and Kubernetes\nExperience with banking systems, including core banking, payments, KYC, AML, or screening\nStrong curiosity about AI technologies and eagerness to learn;
