Team, the core team at Antai, for an entry-level full-time position.\nYou’ll work alongside Antai’s partners, analysts, and founders to identify, validate, and launch new business opportunities - getting exposure to the entire venture-building process from ideation to scale.\nYour Responsibilities\nResearch and analyze new business models and emerging markets to identify potential venture opportunities.\n\nSupport Antai’s partners and founders during new company launches - from product validation to go-to-market planning.\n\nMonitor portfolio company performance and key KPIs to identify insights and growth opportunities.\n\nDevelop and refine business plans and financial models for new ventures.\n\nHelp prepare investor materials, pitch decks, and internal reports.\n\nCollaborate on ad-hoc strategic and operational projects that accelerate venture growth.\n\nSupport on corporate transactions such as investment rounds, mergers, and acquisitions.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nFluent Spanish and English is mandatory;\n\nAt least 1 year full-time experience in a startup, scale-up, VC, or similar;\n\nEconomics or Business-related degree, Masters or MBA a plus;\n\nExcellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint/Google Slides;\n\nDeep analytical skills and ability to work independently;\n\nPassion for entrepreneurship and the digital sector;\n\nInterest and knowledge about the startup ecosystem, particularly in Spain;\n\nGood financial acumen.\n\nWhat We Offer;\nCompensation;\n\nHybrid work policy with the possibility to work from home up to 3 days per
