development of automation frameworks, governance, and best practices\n\nMentor teams and build internal and client-side capabilities\n\nStay ahead of market trends in AI, automation, and digital transformation\n\nRequirements\n10-15+ years’ experience in automation, AI, or digital transformation roles\n\nStrong experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere or similar)\n\nExposure to AI/ML, data analytics, or intelligent automation solutions\n\nExperience delivering automation programmes within GBS, Shared Services, or enterprise environments\n\nProven track recorddelivering measurable cost savings or efficiency gains\n\nStrong stakeholder management and communication
