schedules, monitoring available manufacturing capacity, and proactively addressing potential delays.\n\np]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0\">Monitor production orders, maintain accurate delivery dates in relevant systems, and collaborate with Demand Planning and Supply Chain teams.\n\np]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0\">Analyze raw material and manufacturing costs and identify opportunities to optimize the total cost of working with manufacturing partners.\n\np]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0\">Lead price and commercial negotiations with support from your line manager and contribute to the preparation of contracts.\n\np]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0\">Identify, evaluate, and onboard new manufacturers in collaboration with the Product Development team.\n\np]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0\">Coordinate new product introductions with external partners, ensuring adherence to timelines, technical feasibility, and effective communication.\n\np]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0\">Coordinate the availability of company-supplied raw materials and deliveries of semi-finished and finished goods.\n\np]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0\">Work with the Quality team on audits, complaints, and corrective actions, ensuring that manufacturing partners resolve issues in a timely manner.\n\np]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0\">Analyze partner performance, improve processes and reporting, and share insights into new technologies and manufacturing best practices.\n\nRequirements:\np]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0\">At least 5 years of experience in strategic procurement, category management, or contract manufacturing management, preferably within the dietary supplements, food, FMCG, or pharmaceutical industries.\n\np]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0\">An understanding of production processes and the relationships between raw materials, technology, quality, and product costs.\n\np]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0\">Experience in supplier management, commercial negotiations, and building lasting business relationships.\n\np]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0\">Experience in managing projects involving cross-functional teams and external partners.\n\np]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0\">An analytical mindset, confidence in working with data, and the ability to translate analysis into actionable insights.\n\np]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0\">A self-directed approach, strong organizational skills, and the
