Poszukujemy doświadczonego Inżyniera DevOps - specjalisty GitHub, który wesprze organizację w realizacji i przyspieszeniu migracji do GitHub oraz w budowie standardów CI/CD w skali całej organizacji.

Projekt realizowany jest w środowisku korporacyjnym, we współpracy z zespołami bezpieczeństwa, architektury i zespołami wytwórczymi.

Zakres obowiązków

  • Realizacja i przyspieszenie migracji repozytoriów do GitHub

  • Wdrożenie GitHub Actions jako standardu CI/CD

  • Projektowanie, przygotowanie i utrzymanie wspólnych szablonów pipeline’ów CI/CD

  • Automatyzacja procesów build, testów, bezpieczeństwa oraz wdrożeń

  • Standaryzacja sposobu pracy zespołów z GitHub i CI/CD

  • Zapewnienie bezpieczeństwa, zgodności oraz spójnych zasad dostępu

  • Integracja GitHub z Entra ID / SSO / RBAC

  • Wsparcie zespołów w adopcji GitHub i nowych procesów

  • Utrzymanie dokumentacji oraz rozwój platformy GitHub

  • Współpraca z zespołami Security i Architektami

Wymagania (Must Have)

  • Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w obszarze DevOps, w tym zaawansowana praca z GitHub

  • Doświadczenie w projektowaniu architektury CI/CD w skali organizacji

  • Tworzenie i utrzymanie standardów GitHub (workflow templates, organization policies)

  • Doświadczenie w migracjach do GitHub Enterprise Cloud

  • Znajomość GitHub Advanced Security (CodeQL, secret scanning, dependency review)

  • Automatyzacja procesów onboarding / offboarding zespołów i repozytoriów

  • Optymalizacja kosztów CI/CD (minutes, runners, self-hosted runners)

  • Doświadczenie w pracy w środowisku regulowanym / korporacyjnym

  • Ścisła współpraca z zespołami bezpieczeństwa i architektury

  • Świadczenie usług z terytorium Polski

  • Gotowość do pracy hybrydowej - minimum 1 dzień w tygodniu z biura
