variation analysis.\nSupport Design of Experiments (DoE) and data-driven problem solving.\nInvestigate issues related to thermal interfaces, sealing, deformation, warpage, fatigue, and durability.\nCollaborate with global engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and reliability teams.\nDocument technical findings and drive improvements into design standards and manufacturing processes.\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.\n3-8 years of experience in mechanical engineering, manufacturing support, or product development.\nStrong knowledge of mechanical design, GD&T, tolerance analysis, materials, and assembly processes.\nExperience with root cause analysis and failure investigation methods.\nAbility to work with cross-functional and international teams.\nPreferred:\nExperience in automotive electronics or power electronics.\nKnowledge of thermal management, reliability engineering, APQP/PPAP
