performance drivers).\n\nProviding operational analytics support to core HR functions (Recruiting, L&D, Staffing), which includes analyzing performance trends, staff utilization, and modeling bonus eligibility.\n\nDesigning and servicing Power BI dashboards, and building PowerApps tools for clear data visualization.\n\nIdentifying and implementing data capture and analytics efficiency improvements, including opportunities to leverage AI and automation.\n\nMaintaining unwavering confidentiality when handling sensitive HR information.\n\nRequirements:\nUndergraduate degree (degree in business analytics, statistics, math, or computer science is preferred).\n\n2+ years of experience in an analytical role (experience in People/HR analytics is a significant advantage).\n\nStrong technical skills: PowerApps (Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate), Advanced Excel, and Advanced PowerPoint.\n\nSuperb analytical skills with hands-on experience in cleaning, manipulating, and combining large datasets.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to derive strategic recommendations from data.\n\nStrong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset to work collaboratively with all stakeholders.\n\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.\n\nNice to Have:\nExperience with HCM software, specifically
