You will work with various stakeholders to understand data protection requirements, identify security gaps, and implement effective solutions to reduce data-related risks.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, configure, implement, and optimize Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and security controls.\n\nManage and maintain DLP solutions such as Symantec DLP, Trellix, Zscaler, or Proofpoint.\n\nDevelop and update data security policies to address evolving business needs and security risks.\n\nConfigure and manage data discovery and scanning tools to protect sensitive information.\n\nSupport data protection solutions covering Data in Motion and Data at Rest.\n\nProvide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the effective operation of DLP policies and tools.\n\nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify security gaps, and translate business needs into technical solutions.\n\nParticipate in cybersecurity projects, including the implementation and improvement of data protection technologies.\n\nSupport security audits, compliance activities, and risk management processes.\n\nUse Jira and Confluence for project tracking, documentation, and operational support.\n\nRequirements\nMinimum 5 years of experience in Data Security Engineering, preferably with a focus on DLP technologies.\n\nHands-on experience with at least one DLP solution, such as Symantec DLP, Trellix, Zscaler, or Proofpoint.\n\nPractical experience in creating, configuring, analyzing, and maintaining DLP policies.\n\nExperience with data discovery and scanning tools.\n\nGood understanding of Data in Motion and/or Data at Rest security.\n\nKnowledge of cybersecurity threats, data protection principles, and security best practices.\n\nExperience working in Agile environments and using Jira and Confluence.\n\nAbility to translate business requirements into technical solutions and implementation plans.\n\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\n\nGood communication skills and experience working with technical and business stakeholders.\n\nAbility to work effectively in a collaborative, international environment.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with Microsoft Information Protection (MIP).\n\nCybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA.\n\nExperience working in regulated environments, particularly financial services.\n\nExperience supporting security audits and compliance requirements.\n\nIT or cybersecurity-related degree.\n\nWhat We Offer\nB2B contract\n\nHybrid working model -
