our Client, a large international organization with a complex technology environment, we are looking for an experienced professional to join the team as an IT Finance Lead.\nThe person in this role will be responsible for coordinating and developing the budgeting process across the Technology organization, multiple technology areas and markets.\nThis role combines IT Finance, controlling and Finance Business Partnering, offering a high level of ownership, significant impact on the Technology budgeting process and regular exposure to senior management.\nYour responsibilities:\nOwning and coordinating the budgeting process across the Technology organization,\nManaging budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting processes,\nMonitoring budget performance and analyzing variances between budget, forecast and actual costs,\nIdentifying areas of cost growth, understanding their underlying drivers and providing actionable recommendations,\nPartnering with budget owners to support effective financial planning and cost management,\nReviewing and challenging budget assumptions and forecasts,\nDefining and continuously improving standards, guidelines and processes related to Technology budgeting,\nPreparing financial analyses, recommendations and management reporting for the CTO and senior leadership,\nCooperating closely with Controlling and teams responsible for operational finance processes,\nCoordinating the capitalization of Technology-related costs and employee time,\nCoordinating audits related to Technology costs and capitalization,\nEnsuring consistency and quality of financial data used for budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.\nOur requirements:\nSeveral years of professional experience in IT Finance, Technology Finance, Finance Business Partnering, Controlling or FP&A,\nExperience in managing or coordinating complex budgeting processes,\nStrong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis,\nExperience working with IT/Technology budgets or within a large and complex organization,\nExperience partnering with budget owners and senior management,\nStrong analytical skills and confidence working with large volumes of financial data,\nAbility to translate financial data into clear business insights and actionable recommendations,\nStrong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence and constructively challenge senior stakeholders,\nGood understanding of CAPEX and OPEX,\nStrong communication and presentation skills,\nHigh level of independence and ownership, with the ability to coordinate processes involving multiple stakeholders,\nFluent English, minimum C1 level.\nNice to have:\nExperience managing large-scale IT or Technology budgets,\nExperience working in an international environment and with budgets covering multiple countries or business units,\nExperience with Technology cost or employee time capitalization,\nKnowledge of software development cost capitalization principles,\nExperience working with SAP,\nExperience partnering directly with CTO, CIO or other senior executives,\nExperience coordinating financial or Technology-related
