This is a unique opportunity to combine operational leadership with the chance to shape processes, build a high-performing team, and contribute to the development of a growing finance function supporting the EMEA region.\nYour responsibilities\nLead, motivate, and develop the OTC team supporting EMEA operations.\nDrive day-to-day service delivery, ensuring high-quality execution of Order-to-Cash processes and achievement of agreed KPIs and SLAs.\nManage workload distribution, capacity planning, business continuity, and team development activities.\nAct as the first escalation point for operational issues, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder satisfaction.\nSupport month-end and year-end closing activities related to OTC operations.\nOversee customer account reconciliations, monitor outstanding balances, and ensure effective follow-up on aged receivables.\nEnsure accurate and timely processing and allocation of incoming payments.\nPrepare operational reports and performance analyses, identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives, process standardization, and automation projects.\nPartner closely with Finance, IT, Process Owners, and business stakeholders to enhance service quality and efficiency.\nSupport transitions, process migrations, and stabilization activities as part of the GBS growth journey.\nMaintain and strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the region.\nEnsure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, company policies, IFRS requirements, and local regulations.\nKeep process documentation and Standard Operating Procedures up to date.\nWhat we're looking for\nAt least 5 years of experience within Finance & Accounting, Shared Services, BPO, or GBS environments.\nProven expertise in Order-to-Cash operations and service delivery management.\nPrevious experience leading teams, including coaching, performance management, and talent development.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.\nFluency in German and good knowledge of English.\nExperience in process optimization, transformation projects, or operational excellence initiatives.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.\nKnowledge of SAP or a similar ERP platform would be an advantage.\nAdditional language skills, particularly French, are welcomed.\nWhy join?\nBe part of building a
