initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality, reliability, and production efficiency.\nDocument technical findings and support the implementation of lessons learned and best practices.\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.\nExperience in manufacturing support, product development, production engineering, or a similar engineering role in the field of electrical, mechanical or system engineering.\nKnowledge of root cause analysis and structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, 5-Why, Fishbone Analysis, or DoE.\nAbility to analyze technical data and translate findings into practical engineering and manufacturing solutions.\nGood understanding of manufacturing processes, production testing, validation, or failure analysis.\nStrong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.\nAbility to manage multiple technical investigations and work effectively in a dynamic environment.\nEnglish proficiency at B2 level or higher.\nNice to Have:\nExperience in the automotive industry.\nKnowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, or other automotive quality methodologies.\nExperience with electronics, power electronics, embedded software, mechanical design, reliability engineering, or failure analysis.\nExperience
