fit-to-template / fit-gap analysis together with local business stakeholders.\nCoordinate data migration, cutover, training and go-live activities.\nManage scope, schedule, budget, risks and dependencies.\nCoordinate external implementation partners and work closely with the SAP Center of Excellence.\nSupport template governance, compliance and business continuity throughout the rollout.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders in an international project environment.\nWhat we're looking for\n5+ years of experience in IT/ERP project management.\nProven hands-on experience delivering SAP implementations or rollouts.\nStrong understanding of the full SAP project lifecycle, including planning, fit-to-template, data migration, cutover, training and go-live.\nExperience working with SAP Activate methodology.\nExperience across several SAP modules, ideally FI, CO, MM, SD, WM, PP or QM.\nExperience delivering projects in an international, multi-country environment.\nStrong stakeholder management skills, including cooperation with senior/executive stakeholders and steering committees.\nExperience managing external vendors and cooperating with a SAP Center of Excellence or similar template organisation.\nSolid project management skills covering scope, schedule, budget and risk management.\nExperience with tools such as MS Project, Jira and Confluence.\nEnglish at C1 level or higher, both written and spoken. \nNice to have\nHands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.\nExperience with template-based multi-country
