This is an important, highly independent role for a technically skilled professional who will be responsible for maintaining and developing the plant’s buildings, infrastructure and utilities, as well as preparing and delivering facility-related investment projects.\nYour responsibilities\nEnsure the proper technical condition, reliability and safety of buildings, installations and surrounding areas at the manufacturing site.\n\nPlan, prepare and independently manage investment projects related to plant infrastructure, buildings, utilities and technical installations.\n\nDevelop project scopes, technical specifications, budgets, cost estimates, schedules and investment justifications.\n\nCoordinate infrastructure works from concept and supplier selection through implementation, technical acceptance and handover.\n\nSupervise external contractors, technical service providers and construction companies, ensuring quality, timeline and budget compliance.\n\nManage maintenance and service agreements related to buildings, installations and plant infrastructure.\n\nMonitor the operation and consumption of utilities, including electricity, water, gas, heating, ventilation, cooling and compressed air.\n\nIdentify opportunities to optimise utility consumption, improve energy efficiency and increase the reliability of infrastructure systems.\n\nEnsure continuity of utility supply and take preventive action to minimise technical and operational risks.\n\nCoordinate preventive inspections, technical audits, repairs and corrective actions related to facilities and infrastructure.\n\nMaintain technical, investment and fixed-asset documentation, including technical drawings, contracts, quotations, acceptance protocols and maintenance records.\n\nEnsure compliance with health and safety, fire-protection, environmental and applicable technical regulations.\n\nWork closely with Production, Maintenance, Engineering, EHS, Finance and external technical partners.\n\nYour profile\nUniversity degree in a technical discipline -
