The team supports HR operations across several European markets.\nIn this role, you’ll be responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of HR administration activities throughout the employee lifecycle, from hire and onboarding to employee data changes and offboarding. You’ll also contribute to improving existing processes, documenting procedures and ensuring that HR operations run smoothly across the supported markets.\nResponsibilities:\nManage HR administration activities across the employee lifecycle, including hire and onboarding, employee changes, and termination and offboarding.\n\nProcess employee data changes and maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.\n\nPrepare, verify and manage HR documentation in line with internal procedures and local requirements.\n\nEnsure HR transactions are completed accurately and within agreed deadlines and service standards.\n\nSupport processes related to payroll and benefits by ensuring employee data and documentation are complete and accurate.\n\nWork with HR systems and tools, including ServiceNow, SAP SuccessFactors.\n\nCollaborate with internal HR teams and other stakeholders to resolve employee data and documentation issues.\n\nReview existing HR processes, identify gaps and contribute to process improvements.\n\nCreate and update process documentation, work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).\n\nSupport the standardisation of HR administration processes across the supported European markets.\n\nHandle employee information and documentation with a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail.\n\nQualifications:\nProven experience in HR administration, HR Operations, HR Services or Workforce Administration.\n\nStrong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employee data changes and offboarding.\n\nExperience working with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow or similar HR platforms.\n\nGood understanding of HR documentation management and employee data administration.\n\nAbility to work independently, manage priorities and deliver accurate results in a fast-paced environment.\n\nExperience documenting HR processes, preparing procedures or identifying process gaps will be an advantage.\n\nGood communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nVery good command of English, both written and spoken.\n\nKnowledge of Polish labour law and HR administration requirements will be an advantage.\n\nAvailability to start at short notice is preferred.\n\nWe offer:\nBe a part of a truly awesome team in a well -
