deliver scalable software solutions.\nApply best practices in testing, debugging, code reviews, Git, and CI/CD.\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years of commercial software development experience.\nStrong expertise in .NET/C# (preferred) or Java.\nHands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools, ideally Claude Code.\nExperience with Specification-Driven Development or specification-first engineering approaches.\nStrong understanding of software architecture, clean code, testing, and modern development practices.\nAbility to critically assess and improve AI-generated solutions.\nIndependent, analytical, and delivery-focused mindset.\nNice to Have\nRecent experience with Claude Code in specification-driven workflows.\nExperience with GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar AI coding platforms.\nCloud experience (Azure or AWS).\nFamiliarity with Docker and distributed systems.\nExperience promoting AI-assisted development practices within engineering
