Poszukujemy Senior System Designera / IT System-Business Analityka z silnym zapleczem technicznym i analitycznym, który wesprze rozwój systemów w obszarze CRM i finansów w dynamicznym środowisku technologiczno-biznesowym.
Na tym stanowisku będziesz odpowiedzialny/a za łączenie perspektywy biznesowej i technologicznej oraz projektowanie nowoczesnych rozwiązań systemowych end-to-end.
Zakres obowiązków
- Projektowanie architektury systemów oraz rozwiązań integracyjnych
- Opracowywanie koncepcji projektowych i modeli danych
- Analiza biznesowo-systemowa oraz doprecyzowywanie wymagań
- Reverse engineering i praca z systemami legacy
- Podejmowanie decyzji technicznych oraz dbanie o spójność rozwiązań
- Współpraca z zespołami developerskimi i Product Ownerami
- Projektowanie rozwiązań w architekturze mikroserwisowej i event-driven
- Zapewnienie jakości rozwiązań w całym cyklu życia (end-to-end)
Wymagania (must have)
- Min. 5 lat doświadczenia w analizie systemowej, biznesowej lub projektowaniu systemów
- Znajomość notacji: UML, BPMN
- Umiejętność czytania kodu: Java / Spring
- Znajomość baz danych: SQL / PL-SQL (Oracle)
- Doświadczenie z MongoDB
- Znajomość architektur: mikroserwisy, event-driven, monolit
- Integracje: REST, SOAP
- Messaging: Kafka lub RabbitMQ
- Doświadczenie w pracy w środowisku SCRUM
- Znajomość narzędzi: Jira, Confluence
- Doświadczenie w praktykach DevOps
- Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego
Mile widziane (nice to have)
- Doświadczenie z AWS
- Znajomość frontend (czytanie kodu): React / Angular
- Doświadczenie z CI/CD
- Narzędzia do modelowania (np. Figma)
- Doświadczenie w domenach CRM lub finanse
