Devops Engineer
We're looking for an experienced Devops Engineer to join a team building and supporting modern cloud platforms that enable software development teams to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable SaaS solutions.
Location
Gdańsk, Poland - hybrid model (3 days per week in the office)

Your responsibilities
Design and implement scalable and secure cloud solutions.
Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code.
Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with software engineering teams to improve developer experience.
Support cloud-native applications and containerized environments.
Define and monitor SLOs/SLIs, observability, and production reliability.
Ensure security, compliance, and infrastructure best practices.
Troubleshoot production environments and optimize cloud infrastructure.
Requirements
Strong experience with cloud and infrastructure engineering.
Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure.
Experience with Terraform, Ansible, and Infrastructure as Code.
Good knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized environments.
Experience with Azure DevOps and/or GitHub CI/CD.
Familiarity with observability tools such as New Relic or OpenTelemetry.
Understanding of cloud cost optimization.
Knowledge of security best practices (e.g. NIST, CIS, SOC2).
Experience working closely with software development teams.
Strong communication skills and English proficiency (B2+).
