troubleshooting of automotive power electronics products.\nLocation: Błonie\nKey Responsibilities:\nAct as the technical interface between manufacturing plants and Product Engineering teams.\nSupport root cause investigations, troubleshooting and corrective actions for system and software issues.\nSupport product launches, serial production and software releases.\nAnalyze software and system issues on test benches and production equipment.\nCollaborate with software and systems engineers to resolve technical problems.\nSupport the development and maintenance of automation scripts and software components used in production testing.\nInvestigate warranty and field issues and share lessons learned with engineering teams.\nParticipate in FMEA reviews and support improvements in product reliability and manufacturability.\nRequirements\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Software Engineering or a related field.\nExperience in automotive product development and manufacturing support.\nKnowledge of Systems Engineering, requirements management and Automotive SPICE (ASPICE).\nExperience with embedded software, software debugging and code analysis.\nKnowledge of power electronics, traction inverters and electric drive systems.\nUnderstanding of Functional Safety (ISO 26262), FMEA and root cause analysis.\nFamiliarity with manufacturing processes, end-of-line (EOL) testing and production troubleshooting.\nExperience with engineering tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, Polarion, CANoe, CANape or CAPL.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.\nGood organizational skills and attention to detail.\nEnglish proficiency at B2 level or higher.\nNice to Have:\nKnowledge of AUTOSAR.\nExperience with scripting and test automation solutions, such as Perl and DLL-based applications.\nWillingness to travel occasionally to manufacturing plants, technical centers and customer
