You will also play a key role in defining, evolving, and maintaining the operating models that govern how the platform is adopted, scaled, and used across the bank.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines strong data knowledge with stakeholder management skills and enjoys working at the intersection of business and technology.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the onboarding of new platforms, data consumers, and data products onto the Data Fabric.\n\nGather, analyse, and document business, data, and operating model requirements.\n\nCollaborate closely with architects, data governance teams, and technical delivery teams to define effective ways of working.\n\nContribute to the definition, improvement, and standardisation of onboarding processes.\n\nFacilitate workshops with stakeholders to align on onboarding implementation plans and ensure clarity on scope, responsibilities, and timelines.\n\nWork with senior stakeholders to align expectations and drive successful delivery outcomes.\n\nHelp shape and maintain operating models that enable scalable and governed use of the Data Fabric across the organisation.\n\nRequired Experience & Skills\nProven experience as a Business Analyst within data platforms, analytics environments, or broader technology platforms.\n\nStrong understanding of data concepts, including metadata, data lineage, and data governance principles.\n\nExperience working directly with multiple stakeholders, including senior leaders, to align on expectations and deliver measurable outcomes.\n\nStrong analytical and documentation skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into structured artefacts.\n\nExcellent communication and facilitation skills, particularly in workshop settings.\n\nExperience in enablement
