The ideal candidate will come from a Data Analytics or Data Platform background and will lead initiatives focused on enhancing data ingestion processes, data products, data quality frameworks, and integrations with key platforms such as Google Cloud and Hadoop.\nIn this role, you will work closely with data engineers and business stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-quality data solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nElicit and analyse requirements using appropriate techniques, including interviews, document analysis, workshops, and business process/workflow analysis.\n\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope and detailed requirements.\n\nWork closely with the Pod Delivery Manager to communicate project progress, estimates, and updates to stakeholders and senior management, preparing documentation and presentations as needed.\n\nSupport projects with analysis, testing, organisational, and project administration activities.\n\nPartner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery using Agile methodologies.\n\nGather, analyse, manipulate, and document data, translating business needs into clear technical specifications for data engineers.\n\nEnsure all requirements, process flows, and solution designs are clearly documented and traceable throughout the delivery lifecycle.\n\nPromote and adhere to data governance standards, incorporating data definitions, lineage, and quality considerations into project deliverables.\n\nProduce high-quality documentation, including business requirements documents, data dictionaries, source-to-target mappings, process flows, and user guides, maintaining consistent standards across technology solutions.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\nProven experience delivering technically focused Business Analysis services within change initiatives involving multiple internal and/or external stakeholders.\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage audiences of varying levels of business and technical understanding and seniority.\n\nSolid understanding of ESG data and the broader data lifecycle.\n\nExperience working within an Agile technology delivery environment.\n\nExperience designing solutions that integrate third-party data sources.\n\nFamiliarity with data platforms
