You will work closely with international stakeholders and play a key role in ensuring that training processes are effective, compliant and audit-ready.\nYour responsibilities:\nLead and support a small, globally distributed Training Operations team.\nAct as a Subject Matter Expert and Process Owner for key training processes.\nManage, maintain and continuously update training content and related processes.\nEnsure training procedures and documentation meet required quality and compliance standards.\nAct as a key point of contact during audits, working directly with auditors and representing the Training Operations area.\nCooperate with multiple international stakeholders and confidently represent the team and its processes.\nSupport the development of a newly built Training Operations function and help shape ways of working.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvement, automation and the use of AI within Training Operations.\nSupport the development and knowledge sharing within the team.\nParticipate in occasional international business travel (approximately 5-10%).\nWhat we are looking for:\nExperience in Training Operations, Learning Operations, Learning Administration or a similar area.\nExperience working in an audited, compliant or regulated environment.\nPractical experience supporting audits and cooperating with auditors.\nExperience acting as a Process Owner, SME or taking ownership of complex operational processes.\nPrevious experience in people management or team coordination.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\nConfidence and assertiveness when working with senior stakeholders.\nExperience managing and maintaining training content and processes.\nVery good command of English.\nAvailability to work 2:00 PM-10:00 PM.\nWillingness to travel internationally approximately 5-10% of the
