procedures, and tools.\nMonitor data accuracy and process effectiveness within LMS platforms.\nPresent training performance metrics (KPIs) and process improvement recommendations to management.\nSupport internal and external audits by preparing training-related documentation and records.\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality and operational excellence.\nContribute to training needs analyses and competency development frameworks.\nRequirements\nMinimum 5 years of experience in training, quality, compliance, operations, or learning management.\nProven experience managing teams, including geographically dispersed teams.\nPractical knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training administration processes.\nExperience working within a regulated environment (e.g., Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or Manufacturing).\nStrong understanding of quality systems and regulatory requirements.\nKnowledge of GMP principles and ISO standards will be considered a strong advantage.\nFluent English skills (minimum C1 level).\nExcellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.\nAdvanced proficiency in MS Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.\nNice to Have\nExperience designing and developing training programs.\nKnowledge of Learning & Development methodologies.\nExperience within manufacturing,
