We’re a collaborative and an inclusive organisation where every voice is valued, and every individual can grow and thrive.\nWe combine deep expertise with a supportive culture to deliver outstanding results for our clients and a fulfilling experience for our colleagues.\nWhatever stage of your career you'll find a place to belong, contribute, develop and we’d love to hear from you.\nKnowledge and Qualifications\nQualified Accountant with at least three to five years of insurance industry experience.\n\nSkills and Demonstrated Experience\nShould have either handled or played a significant role in the technical close of a general insurer.\n\nKnowledge of IFRS 17 methodologies and reporting requirements.\n\nDirect experience in IFRS 17 implementation or BAU reporting.\n\nGood analytical and MI reporting skills.,\n\nAbility to apply process improvement\n\nStrong communication with stakeholders and external auditors and ability to co-ordinate tasks between internal teams.\n\nAdvanced Excel skills (Sum ifs, pivot tables, v look ups)\n\nHigh degree of organisation, task planning and time management.\n\nStrong Insurance Technical Knowledge\n\nMy Role:\nProvides high-quality management and financial reporting for the Antares at Lloyd’s Entity and support process improvement.\nThe close process runs from the point of data capture into our core accounts close model, followed by the execution of accounting processes, review and interaction with the Actuarial function and finishes once the submission is made and queries cleared.
