The role involves assisting with Temenos Transact (T24), TAP, application integration, functional analysis, and production support while working closely with senior consultants, business users, and technology teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nAssist in analysing business requirements and preparing functional specifications, application workflows, and process documentation.\nSupport the configuration, enhancement, and maintenance of Temenos Transact (T24), TAP, and related banking applications.\nAssist with application workflows covering client onboarding, custody, securities processing, trade settlement, corporate actions, portfolio management, and client reporting.\nSupport application integration with CRM systems, digital banking channels, reporting platforms, and downstream enterprise applications.\nAssist with data mapping, data validation, interface monitoring, and application data reconciliation.\nParticipate in application upgrades, system enhancements, data migration, and implementation activities.\nExecute functional testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing based on defined test scenarios.\nDocument test results, track defects, investigate application errors, and coordinate issue resolution with senior technical teams.\nProvide application maintenance and production support by monitoring incidents, analysing logs, and assisting with root-cause investigations.\nSupport release management, deployment validation, change requests, and post-implementation checks.\nPrepare functional documents, process flow diagrams, test cases, user guides, and application support procedures.\nCollaborate with business analysts, operations teams, developers, QA engineers, and senior application consultants to deliver application enhancements.\nFollow established SDLC procedures, change management controls, information security policies, and banking technology standards.\nTechnical / Functional Requirements\n5 years of experience in application development, application support, business systems analysis, or banking technology.\nBasic knowledge of banking applications, preferably in private banking, wealth management, securities services, or financial services operations.\nFamiliarity with Temenos Transact (T24), TAP, or other core banking platforms will be an advantage.\nUnderstanding of banking processes such as client onboarding, custody, securities settlement, corporate actions, reconciliation, and portfolio reporting.\nBasic knowledge of SQL/SQL Server, database queries, data validation, and application troubleshooting.\nFamiliarity with application interfaces, API integration concepts, data mapping, and system integration workflows.\nExposure to SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect tracking, release management, and incident management.\nKnowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, functional documentation, and change management procedures.\nExposure to TCS BaNCS, Murex, Sophis, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Intellimatch, or Datascope Select will be an advantage.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, communication, and teamwork skills.\nAbility to learn banking systems, follow technical guidance, and collaborate effectively with business and technology teams.\nSkills\nFunctional Requirements
