The role involves developing strategic client relationships, identifying digital transformation opportunities, managing public sector tenders and driving revenue growth across enterprise and government accounts.\nKey ResponsibilitiesDrive the full B2B sales lifecycle, including lead generation, prospect qualification, solution positioning, proposal development, commercial negotiation and deal closure.\nDevelop sales pipelines for enterprise application services, including application development, legacy modernisation, cloud migration, system integration, application maintenance and managed services.\nConduct client discovery and requirements analysis to identify business challenges, application transformation needs and IT service opportunities.\nEngage CIOs, CTOs, IT directors, procurement teams and business stakeholders to present technical solutions, service proposals and commercial value propositions.\nManage RFI/RFP responses, tender documentation, solution proposals, pricing submissions and bid presentations for government and enterprise clients.\nIdentify and pursue Singapore public sector opportunities through GeBIZ and relevant procurement channels.\nWork with solution architects, technical consultants and delivery teams to assess solution feasibility, resource requirements, project scope and service delivery models.\nDevelop account plans, conduct market and competitor analysis, and identify opportunities for account expansion and recurring service revenue.\nManage commercial negotiations, contract terms, service-level agreements (SLAs) and deal approvals.\nMaintain CRM records, sales forecasts, opportunity tracking and pipeline reports using Salesforce, HubSpot or equivalent platforms.\nAchieve assigned revenue, sales pipeline and new-business acquisition targets.\nMandatory Skills & ExperienceDegree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.\nProven experience in B2B business development or IT services sales, particularly enterprise application solutions.\nDemonstrated experience selling application development, application modernisation, system integration, cloud migration or application managed services.\nStrong understanding of enterprise application architecture, software development lifecycle (SDLC), cloud platforms and digital transformation initiatives.\nExperience in consultative selling, lead qualification, pipeline management, account planning and commercial negotiations.\nPractical experience preparing proposals, solution presentations, quotations and RFP/RFI tender submissions.\nProficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.\nStrong stakeholder engagement, presentation, negotiation and business communication skills.\nPreferred SkillsExperience managing Singapore government or public sector accounts, including GeBIZ procurement and tender processes.\nExposure to GovTech, healthcare, banking or other regulated enterprise environments.\nUnderstanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud, and application modernisation approaches.\nExperience working with solution
