You lead special initiatives from ideation through execution, supporting Antech’s broader innovation strategy and innovation goals. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.\nThe Associate Product Manager is responsible for managing and delivering a portfolio of initiatives that support Antech’s strategic objectives. This role works closely with the Product Management, Portfolio Strategy Team, Technical Leads, PMO, and other stakeholders to prioritize projects, manage backlogs, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.\nThis role is designed to be dynamic, adapting to business needs by leading key strategic projects and providing support across the Technical Product Management team, offering a unique opportunity for broad skill development.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nProject and Product Management\nManage multiple innovation and on-market support special projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with company strategy and objectives.\n\nDefine and refine project scopes, user stories, and backlog items.\n\nAnalyze stakeholder needs and translate them into actionable requirements.\n\nSet goals, monitor progress, and resolve issues during execution.\n\nCollaborate with stakeholders including executive leadership, commercial teams, and engineering to ensure successful project outcomes.\n\nManage expectations and negotiate priorities with internal and external stakeholders.\n\nCross-Functional Team Collaboration\nWork closely with PMO, Technical Leads, and Product Managers to ensure governance, prioritization, and milestone accountability.\n\nFoster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, open communication, and continuous improvement.\n\nParticipate in stand-ups, refinement sessions, demos, and usability testing.\n\nGather and incorporate voice of customer feedback to drive project improvements.\n\nTechnical Acumen\nMaintain a strong understanding of emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to Antech’s business.\n\nManage project backlogs and prioritize items based on changing requirements and business needs.\n\nMonitor and evaluate project progress at each stage.\n\nEnsure projects align with architectural principles, scalability, security, and customer experience goals.\n\nUse data and analytics to support decision-making and continuous improvement.\n\nPerformance Metrics and Continuous Improvement\nDefine and track KPIs to measure project success and team performance.\n\nLeverage data-driven insights to optimize project delivery and prioritize initiatives.\n\nContinuously evaluate project outcomes, user feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation.\n\nPMO/TL/TPM Collaboration\nSupport activation and enforcement of RACI and stage gate processes across TPM, TL, and PMO.\n\nFacilitate clear communication and alignment across functions to ensure seamless execution of projects.\n\nSupport the TPM leadership team with communication of projects to senior executives\n\nEducation and Experience\nBachelor’s Degree or relevant experience required.\n\nTypically, 1-2 years of experience in technical program management or product management.\n\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities\nProficient in project management and collaboration tools\n\nStrong strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal.\n\nExperience of creating executive communications\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nAbility to travel domestically and internationally (up to 20%).\n\nTravel\nWill there be notable travel in this position? Yes. Percent of time: 20%\nWorking Conditions\nThe associate is regularly required to apply manual dexterity, including hand/wrist flexibility, for computer keyboarding.
