The Contracts and Compliance Specialist will assist both the Sr. Manager and Contracts Administrator with various duties.\nThis role will be based in our Fountain Valley, CA hub. Candidates interested in our New York City or Loveland, CO hubs may also be considered. We are not providing relocation at this time. The hiring salary range for this position is $63,400-$79,200. At Antech, pay decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job related skills, experience, education, training and budget.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nPrepare, evaluate, and distribute revenue reporting for 50% compliance standards\n\nProcess and complete non-compliance and loan forgiveness extensions\n\nPrepare and evaluate revenue reporting to determine loan forgiveness\n\nProcess non-compliance and loan forgiveness notices\n\nAssist with updating and distributing Antech Access contract compliance listing\n\nDetermine eligibility and approve Sound Equipment funding\n\nReconcile Equipment funding reports\n\nProvide Loan and AR balances to the database/sales team\n\nMaintain, calculate, and prepare funding documents for monthly, quarterly, and yearly rebates\n\nPrepare loan funding documents according to contractual terms\n\nProcess Assumption and Unfunded Equipment/Loan reports\n\nCalculate and provide contract term extensions and Buy Out figures to legal\n\nProvide assistance and support to clients and sales team\n\nAssist with any other projects or tasks when needed\n\nEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:\nA Bachelor’s Degree in Business Accounting or related field required\n\nREQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:\nAttention to detail\n\nAbility to independently prioritize, gather information from multiple sources\n\nStrong organizational skills\n\nAbility to multitask and work efficiently\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\n\nProficiency at Excel, 10-key, and have strong computer skills\n\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS:\nExtensive sitting, and computer use\n\nLifting no more than 20 lbs.\n\nExtend and reach with hands and arms and use hands and fingers\n\nOccasionally required to bend, kneel, stoop, or crouch\n\nSpecific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.\n\nHearing ability to effectively communicate via the telephone and in person\n\nAbility to communicate verbally on the telephone and in person\n\nFluency in the English language\n\nExtended hours may be needed\n\nAbout Antech\nAntech is a leader in veterinary diagnostics, driven by our passion for innovation that delivers better animal health outcomes.
