At Antech, pay decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, education, training and budget.\nJob Purpose/Overview\nThe Project Manager manages and coordinates various cross-functional projects and programs for Antech Diagnostics Research & Development. Projects will range in scope across new product development and on-market products. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects from initiation to close. The role must have the ability to interact with all levels of management and requires strong communication skills coupled with proven project management experience.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nCreate project plans, execute projects, and apply project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, etc.) according to stage gate processes\nEstablish a communication rhythm (operating mechanisms) to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project.\nSeek out cross functional relationships to drive efficiency in support of project execution\nFacilitate appropriate escalations and initiate collaborative issue resolution among stakeholders.\nCommunicate milestones and critical path activities effectively, while delineating responsibilities and managing risks.\nPresent to steering committees and executive leadership and/or facilitate workshops or design sessions to solve problems\nSupport Antech leadership in project intake discussions to manage project funnel\nExecute on multiple projects using PMO processes, tools, and templates\nEducation and Experience\nBachelor’s degree in a related study field\n5+ years expertise managing multiple projects in new product development, changemanagement or operational excellence\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities\nBroad cross-functional experience from R&D to customer facing support roles, supply chain, sourcing, distribution, or logistics\nStrong work ethic and high energy level to thrive in a fast-paced environment\nStrong organizational and multitasking skills with ability to balance competing priorities\nExcellent written and oral communication skills; can easily tailor message and communication style based on the defined audience at any level of an organization with both internal and external\nEffective listener, who can translate and communicate needs and motivate teams to achieve measurable results that improve upon the current business process\nStrong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple products concurrently without supervision.\nThe role must have the ability to interact with all levels of management and requires strong communication and leadership skills coupled with project management experience\nProficiency with the English language\nPreferred qualifications:\nPMP Certification\nTravel\nWill there be notable travel in this position? Yes Percent of time: 10%\nWorking Conditions\nThe associate is regularly required to apply manual dexterity, including hand/wrist flexibility, for computer keyboarding.
