Antenna Group is currently seeking, to cover the following position:\nBusiness Development Project Manager (OTT Platform)\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for a Business Development Project Manager to lead the expansion (planning, development, and launch) of an existing OTT subscription service, targeting the Greek diaspora in international markets outside Greece and Cyprus. The role will focus on identifying business opportunities, assessing market potential, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving the successful launch and ongoing growth of the service across international markets.\nJob Description\nConduct market research and business analysis to assess opportunities and define market entry requirements.\nDefine project scope, requirements, implementation plans, timelines, and budgets.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams, including Finance, Legal, Technology, Commercial, Marketing, Platform Operations, Content, and Customer Care.\nEnsure technical, regulatory, commercial, financial, and content rights requirements are met across target markets.\nManage launch readiness and coordinate internal teams and external partners.\nMonitor post-launch performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive the service’s growth across international markets, including the EU, the United States, and Australia.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in project management, delivering complex, cross-functional projects from planning to launch.\nExperience in project management, with exposure to international digital subscription service launches and/or business development considered an advantage.\nStrong skills in market research, business analysis, budgeting, and project planning.\nProven ability to coordinate senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external partners.\nExcellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.\nFluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.\nBenefits\nCompetitive remuneration package\nHealth and Life Insurance Plan\nFriendly and challenging working environment\nAfter the screening of the CVs, we will contact the candidates who meet the profile’s requirements to arrange an interview.\nThe selected candidates will be invited to attend an initial interview and be informed about further steps.
