You will drive continuous improvement in site production and cost performance, and solve repetitive failures that affect capacity, quality, cost or regulatory compliance.\nKey Responsibilities\nEnsure the reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities and controls\nLead and drive the mechanical integrity programme in compliance with regulations\nLead troubleshooting of equipment reliability issues and carry out RCFA on repeat failures and failures affecting production, quality or safety\nLead RCM studies for critical assets and systems, and implement the resulting actions\nRun the site-wide online and offline condition monitoring programme\nFacilitate multi-disciplinary reliability improvement activities, both reactive and proactive, and follow up on action items\nWork with project engineering teams to ensure the reliability and maintainability of new and modified installations\nAnalyse asset performance (utilisation, OEE, remaining useful life, capital replacement plans) and site KPIs such as availability, maintenance performance and R&M costs\nDevelop SOPs, equipment job aids and checklists to prevent reliability issues after repair work\nEvaluate maintenance plans in CMMS, including methods, frequencies and spare parts\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years’ experience, OR Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with at least 15 years’ relevant experience\nExperience in pharmaceutical, biological, chemical or oil & gas industries\nExperience driving RCM studies and RCFA\nExperience or knowledge in Asset Integrity Management\nSound technical knowledge and hands-on experience maintaining process equipment\nKnowledge of CMMS, vibration analysis, RCM and RBI\nProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Project)\nData-driven, scientific approach to problem solving, with initiative and a hands-on attitude\nComfortable working in a team and matrix environments\nGood written and oral communication skills\nAPI 510/570/580 certification is an added advantage\ncGMP experience is a plus\nSkills\nMaintenance Management, Lead Management, Preventive Maintenance,
