You will manage the lifecycle of shopfloor systems such as MES and data historians, support IT-OT integration, and work closely with business users to deliver and improve digital solutions.\nKey responsibilities\nSupport the full lifecycle of shopfloor systems, including Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), data historians and system integrations.\nProvide day-to-day support to business users: troubleshooting, incident management and resolving system issues.\nSupport IT-OT integration between shopfloor systems, automation, ERP and plant connectivity platforms.\nManage changes to systems through structured change management, in line with GxP and validation requirements.\nIdentify and drive improvements to shopfloor system support processes and performance.\nSupport application management and governance processes and activities.\nProvide project management and solution expertise for the delivery and improvement of digital solutions.\nWork with Manufacturing, Quality, IT, Automation and vendors to keep systems reliable, compliant and well documented.\nRequirements\nMinimum Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.\nMinimum 8 years of experience supporting shopfloor or manufacturing IT systems.\nHands-on experience with MES, ERP, data historians (e.g. OSIsoft PI / AVEVA PI) and IIoT or plant connectivity platforms.\nGood knowledge of system architecture and IT-OT integration.\nExperience in incident management, change management, problem solving and project management.\nExperience working in GxP-regulated pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical manufacturing, with a strong understanding of industry standards and computer system validation requirements.\nStrong communication skills and the ability to work
