The role will ensure secure, compliant and high-performing end-user devices across a modern, cloud-first workplace.\nKey Responsibilities\n Endpoint & Device Management\nManage and support macOS devices across the organization \nAdminister Jamf Pro for Apple device enrollment, configuration, patching and compliance\nManage Microsoft Intune for device management, security policies and application deployment Support Windows and mobile devices via Intune (as required) Security, \n Compliance & Identity\nImplement endpoint security controls including disk encryption (FileVault/BitLocker), OS hardening nand patch compliance \nIntegrate endpoint management with Azure AD / Entra ID and conditional access \nSupport Zero Trust and secure access models Application & Patch Management \nPackage, deploy and maintain applications for macOS and Windows \nManage OS and third-party patching via Jamf and Intune \nTroubleshoot application and policy deployment issues \nUser Support & Operations\nProvide L3 support for endpoint-related incidents and problems \nWork with service desk teams to improve first-line resolution \nCreate and maintain documentation, SOPs and knowledge articles \n Automation & Optimization\nUse scripts (Bash, PowerShell) to automate routine tasks \nMonitor device health, compliance and usage metrics \nDrive continuous improvement in endpoint performance and user experience \nSkills, Knowledge & Expertise\n Technical Skills\nStrong hands-on experience with macOS administration\nDeep expertise in Jamf Pro\nStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Intune Experience with:Apple Business Manager (ABM) \nAzure AD / Entra ID \nAutopilot and device enrolment workflows \nEndpoint security policies \n\nJamf certifications (Jamf 200 / 300 / 400) \nMicrosoft Endpoint Administrator certification (MD-102) \nExperience supporting remote-first or global users \nExposure to compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, DPDPA) \nScripting Tools & Other Skills\nBash and/or PowerShell scripting \nExperience with MDM/MAM concepts \nFamiliarity with monitoring and asset management tools \nStrong customer service and communication skills \nMethodical and organised approach to problem-solving \nAbility to manage multiple tickets and priorities effectively \nAttention to detail in documentation and ticket updates \nWillingness to learn and develop technical and process knowledge \nAbility to work independently in a remote, distributed team \nComfortable following defined processes while contributing improvement ideas\n
