The role will be involved with stakeholder coordination to execute processes that will drive the completion of assigned projects.\nKey Responsibilities\nHandle Mildly Complex Project Set Up in line with PM requirements.\nHandle Mildly Complex Reforecasting projects in line with PM requirements.\nEnsure billing is completed as per Project Managers instructions.\nFixed Price invoicing and Time & Materials Invoicing.\nReview and ensure the correct revenue recognition (POC%, cost, revenues, WIP/POA)\nCommunicate project results, deviations and recommend underlying causes and corrective actions to be taken.\nMonitor work in progress & payment on account.\nMaintain forecast and actual project billing dates.\nInitiate continuous process improvement and identify best practices.\nIdentify and analyse transaction and workflow details in support of continuous process improvements.\nFacilitate the review and ensure compliance/proper documentation for each project accounting processes.\nSkills, Knowledge & Expertise\nBachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or equivalent relevant courses.\nBasic Knowledge on end-to-end project lifecycle, project accounting concepts & methodology, and contract types.\nAt least a year of relevant experience in Project Accounting\nExperience with Oracle NetSuite is strongly preferred.\nProficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word) is essential.\nGood English language written and verbal communication skills.\nGood interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nProactive self-starter with first class organizational ability, who is detail oriented, and results focused, and able to oversee and support the financial administration of several projects at once.\nProactive and a committed team player.\nCan work under pressure and with minimal
