This role will support the development of brand, communications and creative strategies for clients seeking to drive positive environmental and social impact.\nYou will combine curiosity, cultural awareness and strong strategic thinking to uncover insights, shape compelling narratives and help develop creative propositions that solve client challenges. Working alongside senior strategists, creatives and subject matter experts, you will contribute to projects across purpose, sustainability, social impact and behaviour change.\n\nThis role is ideal for a culturally curious and ambitious strategist with experience in brand strategy, communications planning, creative strategy or insights, and a genuine interest in sustainability, purpose and positive impact.\nKey Responsibilities\nClient Strategy & Project Delivery\nSupport the delivery of strategic projects from research through to final recommendations.\nConduct qualitative and quantitative research, including interviews, surveys, desk research and audience analysis.\nIdentify cultural, consumer and market insights that inform strategic thinking.\nHelp develop positioning platforms, messaging frameworks, campaign strategies and creative territories.\nSupport the creation of clear and engaging strategic presentations and client deliverables.\nCollaborate with creative, client services and specialist teams to develop integrated solutions.\nClient Relationships\nBuild positive relationships with clients through high-quality work and effective communication.\nContribute to workshops, meetings and presentations.\nRespond constructively to feedback and adapt recommendations accordingly.\nTeam Contribution\nWork collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.\nContribute ideas and approaches that enhance strategic outputs.\nSupport a culture of curiosity, creativity and continuous learning.\nNew Business & Thought Leadership\nSupport pitch development, research and proposal creation for new business opportunities.\nContribute to thought leadership, articles and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.\nStay informed on emerging cultural trends, communications approaches and sustainability topics.\n\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\nEssential\nApproximately 2-5 years' experience in strategy, brand consulting, communications planning, insights, research or a related field.\nExperience supporting the development of brand, communications or campaign strategies.\nStrong research and analytical skills, with the ability to turn insights into actionable recommendations.\nExcellent storytelling, writing and presentation skills.\nStrong interest in culture, consumer behaviour, communications and creativity.\nPassion for sustainability, purpose-led brands or social impact.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a team environment.\nProactive, curious and eager to learn.\nDesirable\nAgency, consultancy or brand strategy experience.\nExperience with audience segmentation, cultural insights or behaviour change communications.\nExperience facilitating workshops or stakeholder discussions.\nUnderstanding of sustainability, ESG, climate or social impact topics.\nExperience contributing to creative campaigns, brand positioning or narrative development.\n\nBenefits\nWork within a highly motivated team in an innovative and rapidly growing global company \n Opportunity to have a direct impact and be a key part of the growth and development of the business and the team \n Competitive salary in line with, experience and skills \n Competitive benefits including flexible working, 25 days holiday and two volunteering days off and the day off for your Birthday!
