Client Services Executive

Are you a highly organised Legal Secretary or Legal administrator who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment?

You will support legal advisors by handling high volumes of admin, calls and documentation, ensuring efficient service delivery. This role is key to maintaining profitability through effective support. You will work across busy legal teams, providing essential day-to-day assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing email management support for allocated legal advisors.
• Handling incoming calls and new client enquiries, together with associated administration.
• Typing attendance notes and letters
• Opening and maintaining client files
• Preparing, collating and managing electronic and hard copy bundles.
• Supporting post management, file closure and archiving processes.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Previous experience in a Legal Secretary, PA or Legal Support role is essential.
• Excellent typing, proofreading and document formatting skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise a busy and varied workload.
• Experience managing multiple tasks and deadlines within a fast-paced legal environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the confidence to liaise professionally with clients, colleagues, Counsel and external contacts.
• Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Outlook and Excel.
• A positive, client-focused attitude and commitment to delivering excellent service.
