In this role, you will work closely with colleagues across Client Relationship Management, Investment Teams and Responsible Investment to translate expertise, insights and ideas into clear, engaging and high-quality content and communications.\nYou will help shape how Anthos presents its capabilities, expertise and thought leadership to clients and prospective clients. This goes beyond content creation alone. You will think about what clients need to better understand investment topics, how we can make our expertise more accessible, and how we can continuously strengthen the experience we provide across different touchpoints.\nYou will also bring a fresh perspective on how we engage with clients. This could mean exploring new formats and channels, developing educational initiatives, or finding new ways to share our expertise and create meaningful interaction with the audiences we serve.\nYour work may include developing thought leadership, supporting investment strategy launches, creating educational content, enhancing client communications and strengthening the quality and consistency of our client-facing materials.\nYou will be part of the Client Advisory & Solutions team and work closely with colleagues across the organisation.\nWhat you will do\nPositioning & Communication\nHelp translate Anthos' expertise, investment capabilities and insights into clear, relevant and consistent client-facing communications.\nSupport the development of positioning and messaging that reflects who we are, what we stand for and how we work with clients.\nContribute to maintaining a distinctive and high-quality voice across our communications.\nHelp ensure that what we communicate is relevant to the audiences we serve and reflects the quality of the work behind it.\nClient experience & engagement\nHelp ensure that Anthos' commitment to quality, transparency and personal service is reflected consistently in how we communicate and engage with clients.\nBring a fresh perspective on how Anthos shares expertise and engages with clients, identifying new ways to inform, educate and connect with different audiences.\nExplore and develop new formats, channels and initiatives that strengthen client engagement and make our expertise more accessible and relevant.\nDevelop materials and educational initiatives that help clients better understand investment topics, solutions and market developments.\nContribute ideas that strengthen the overall client experience across different touchpoints.\nStay curious about developments in client communication and engagement and translate relevant ideas into practical opportunities for Anthos.\nContent Creation\nCreate high-quality content including presentations, client materials, articles, thought leadership pieces, reports, FAQs, educational content and materials supporting new initiatives.\nGather insights from Investment Teams, Responsible Investment and Client Relationship Management colleagues.\nTranslate complex investment, sustainability and client topics into clear, credible and engaging communications.\nMaintain a high editorial standard and ensure consistency and quality across client-facing materials.\nThink beyond the immediate content request to understand what will genuinely help clients engage with and understand a topic.\nProposition & Investment Capability Support \nSupport the introduction and development of investment capabilities and solutions.\nHelp shape the narratives, supporting materials and communications needed to introduce new initiatives to clients.\nWork with subject matter experts to translate investment expertise into compelling and accessible content.\nThink through what clients may need to understand a new proposition or investment capability, from core materials and FAQs to education and ongoing communication.\nWhat you bring \nYou are curious, thoughtful and hands-on. You enjoy working with complex topics and are motivated by making expertise accessible and meaningful for clients.\nYou combine strong writing and communication skills with sound judgement, creativity and an eye for quality. You do not simply execute a brief.
